Biography

Emma is a portrait and landscape photographer, living and working in London. Through her work, she documents people, and the relationship that they have with their environment. Emma’s portraiture seeks to capture the connection she has with her subject, and to convey to the viewer what fascinates her about them. In her location work she likes to explore the gap left when humans have deserted their habitat. By marginalising people, or by leaving them out of her compositions altogether, she aims to document this ‘human echo’.

October 2011 NEWS… Emma is very pleased to have been invited to exhibit at London’s newest art fair for unrepresented artists… only 100 exhibitors, an excellent opportunity to buy direct from the artists before they gain gallery representation.
